We are always looking to find more staff as our current staff has been reduced since the hiatus we took.  Here are all the positions that we are looking for.

Job:  Webmaster
This job entails building a new website that would make it easy to access both manga and music videos. Ideally integrating it with some type of forum.
Current Demand: Very High!!

Manga Division

All our projects are currently Japanese Manga, although we are open to doing Korean Manhua and China Manwha if there are suitable and interesting series.

Job: Translator
You must be able to translate from one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, or Chinese and translate it in to English. You just have to type it out in to a word document with some kind of formatting that would be easy to understand.
Current Demand: High

Job: Cleaner
This job requires you to remove the text from the images whenever it’s superimposed. If possible, it would also require you to join together double page spreads.
Current Demand: Moderate
Requires: Adobe Photoshop

Job: Typesetter
This job requires you to be remove the text from the regular white bubbles and to put in the English Text. You have to place the text centered and at a size that matches the bubble as well as use appropriate fonts.
Current Demand: Low
Requires: Adobe Photoshop

Music Video Division

All the music videos we sub are currently Chinese with the majority being in Mandarin and some being in Cantonese. We may branch out in to Korean or Japanese someday, but I think there are enough people who do those already.

Job: Translator
You must be able to translate from Chinese to English. You just have to type it out in to a word document and format it so each translation matches the text.
Current Demand: Moderate

Job: Timer
You use Aegisub to time all the pinyin karaoke style.
Current Demand: Moderate
Requires: Aegisub

Job: Romanizer
This job requires you to type out the pinyin on to a word document and line it up with the text. For Cantonese songs, you would have to listen to it and try and type out the sounds phonetically because Cantonese has no official pinyin style.
Current Demand: Low

Job: Typesetter
After timing is done, you place the translation on to the file. You also select appropriate fonts and sizings. Then you also add the karaoke effects.
Current Demand: Low
Requires: Aegisub

Job: Encoder
This is when you put the video and the subtitle together so that it becomes hardsubbed and made in to as small a filesize as possible.
Current Demand: Low
Requires: Virtual Dub
